I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bolzano. The room was spacious with two balconies that offered breathtaking mountain views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The parking facility is incredibly useful to have in this area, as it is quite difficult to park on the street. it was great to have a balcony to relax on after a long day of exploring. The location is also quite convenient for those coming from the freeway, and it is only a short drive to the city center.
The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, with dusty surfaces and dirty bathroom fixtures. the breakfast options were fairly limited and not very appetizing.

We loved the clean and well-equipped rooms, delicious breakfast, and the peaceful location in a quiet neighborhood not far from the center of the city. The parking was convenient, and it made it easy to get to and from the hotel, whether driving from the Brenner pass & autobahn or around this beautiful city. The staff was attentive and friendly, taking care of all our needs during our stay.
Nothing, all of our experiences at this hotel and in this city were excellent.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of food such as fruit, bread, pastries, and eggs. the room had two balconies that provided stunning views of the mountains. the room was very spacious and provided all necessary amenities.
The Wi-Fi was not reliable and had a weak signal. the elevator did not go directly to the spa, which was inconvenient.

The hotel needs some renovation, especially the bathroom facilities, which are outdated and in need of major repair.
